Father Akki

USA

Father Akki (often stylized as fatherakki on social media) is a Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary artist of Mexican descent who transforms garments and poetry into wearable art. Known for hand-painting hoodies, jackets, and other clothing items, he infuses each piece with personal revelations, dreamlike visions, and Aztec-inspired symbolism. His creative process also includes live painting, music, lyricism, and spoken-word poetry—often layering text and imagery directly onto fabrics to create truly unique, one-of-a-kind art pieces

Active across L.A.’s art and streetwear scenes, Father Akki rose to wider attention when he debuted his urban street art collection at Style Fashion Week in Palm Springs, featuring collaborations with Hayden’s “One of One” collection. His works have appeared on Coachella Magazine’s Instagram, and he frequently shares his creative journey and painted garment drops through his @fatherakki handle on Instagram and Reddit, where he interacts authentically with fans—even clarifying that he uses Angelus leather paint, Speedball textile paint, and Tullip fabric paint in his process
